The successful candidate will be working within a small and focused team tasked with providing the highest level of service to a dedicated client base, as well as working closely and supporting other teams.  This is an exciting opportunity for a highly customer focused and well organised candidate to provide a key service to their customers.  A friendly open disposition is essential, along with an ability to work on own initiative, unsupervised and to tight deadlines.  You will need to display an ability to work with technical staff and demonstrate excellent organisational (time/task management) skills. The ideal candidate will be totally customer focused and a “team player”, willing to “go the extra mile” – be courageous!



  • Provide client management function to an allocated customer list
  • Regular communication with customers through various methods to strengthen relationships
  • Prepare proposals and quotes for clients on any hardware or services they require
  • Provide escalation route for customers to help manage problems and issues efficiently
  • Work to tight deadlines and complete tasks to meet expectations
  • Recognise opportunities where additional services or solutions can be provided
  • Provides timely, accurate and unambiguous updates for work activity
  • Arrange and attend client review meetings
  • Become the face of the company when attending new business opportunities


Skills / Experience Required


  • Minimum 1 years’ experience within Customer Service & the IT Services Industry
  • Friendly and approachable, good attention to detail, client facing
  • Detail oriented, understand Quality and strive to deliver service
  • Organised and able to handle multiple requirements at the same time
  • Willingness to learn technical product ranges including features and benefits
  • Reliable and good communicator building relationships with clients
  • Team player, willing to go the extra mile for colleagues and customers
  • Flexibility of working hours and travelling are key requirement of this role


  • Experience within the IT Field and general IT knowledge is an advantage
  • Industry applicable qualifications



  • Competitive salary based on ability and experience
