Stratton Recruitment are delighted to be working with a truly exciting Property Management company based in Borehamwood now looking for an Application Support Manager. As an Application Support Manager you will have principal responsibility for the day-to-day management of the clients technology systems and how they service our employees, customers and the developments they manage ensuring the highest quality of service is provided throughout.

Description:

Leading the clients ongoing technology development for the betterment of the businesses service delivery. Ensuring that the existing systems resilience is continually maintained and improved and the day-to-day operations are supported effectively by their technology systems and processes. Strategy and Roadmap Development: Influence, manage, develop and execute their technology strategy, ensuing it is achievable and that it will enhance service delivery and day to day operations. Liaise with the leadership team and key stakeholders to ensure any strategy is aligned with the business’s key requirements.

Requirements:

Works, or has worked, in an equivalent role. Experience with the Zoho suite of apps, especially Zoho Creator. Experience and understanding of Deluge script or comparable. Webhook and API understanding and experience. Technology / systems development experience and / or a broad experience of working on a range of systems. Experience of building and implementing successful processes and ways of working. Customer service experience (either with the external or the internal customer).

Be a point of escalation within the Application Support team and help cascade information to the team. Define and deliver training for team members, ensuring team members understand all training given to them. Proactively lead the team to maintain and improve standards within the team.

Taking the lead on developing yourself and team members to enable the quality and consistency of responses issued to the internal customer/s. Manage, motivate, and lead your team with the aim of creating an industry leading function. Motivate the team to meet KPIs. Take ownership of deliverables.
