Business Development Manager

£50,000 OTE (UNCAPPED)
Stratton Recruitment is on the hunt for ambitious & highly driven Tech Sales Experts to work with a successful highly Customer-focused IT Managed Service Provider.
They specialise in everything IT and offer complete end-to-end IT Solutions, including but not limited to Cloud Technology, On-Premise Solutions, Connectivity, Networking, WIFI, and Security Solutions. Our client is looking for business development individuals to help identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the organisation grow. You will have access to both new and existing territories for the business to allow the individual to be a key part of the growth and expansion of the business. You will work with the Service Delivery Managers and Digital Marketing to build pipelines and develop new growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Generation of new leads and sales opportunities
- Handle incoming sales enquires
- Visit potential customers to build relationships and secure new business
- Provide customers with quotations and proposals
- Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and networking functions
- Meet monthly targets
- Providing weekly market and sales updates
- Manage an opportunity pipeline, closing all possible opportunities to achieve a Gross Profit result in line with monthly targets
- Carry out analysis and produce reports on a monthly and Ad-Hoc basis

- Experience of managing a sales pipeline and relationships for multiple clients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Remuneration
- Base salary based on ability and experience
- Target-based commission on all new sales
- 40 hours per week, Flexi
- 25 Days Holiday Per Annum, plus statutory holidays
- Company Pension & Healthcare after prob
