We’re thrilled to be working with one of the region’s leading and highly-respected Security companies,
based in Cambridgeshire, who offer a range of specialist services from Fire and Intruder Alarms to CCTV
and Access Control Systems.
To support their continued business activity and the smooth day-to-day running of the business, they
are looking to recruit a dynamic and engaged Coordinator Executive to join their lively team.
Key Responsibilities
Successful applicants will be joining a vibrant team of multi-skilled professionals and must be able to
maintain pace and accuracy. Every day might be different, so adaptability and objection handling is key
to your success. As a Coordinator Executive, you will be the core point of contact for processing new
customers, scheduling and coordinating the engineering team as well as supporting with general office
admin and correspondence, where required.
Daily Tasks Include
The tasks below give a strong overview of the role and the daily tasks you can expect to undertake. Not
every day is the same and you will be expected to adapt and flex around the business needs as and
when they arise.
• Setting new customers up on Business Management Software
• Processing new and extra works efficiently and in a timely manner
• Scheduling and coordinating the Engineering Team, including informing engineers of their work
• Scheduling installations and extra works
• Completing calls and paperwork from engineers
• Booking return visits and corrective maintenance calls, where required
• Issuing NSI Certificates for completed works (when applicable)
• Monitoring applications to alarm receiving centres
• Police URN applications (for systems with a police response)
Additional Tasks Include
• Answering phone calls in a positive manner
• Liaising with Directors and Managers
• Completion of modification Sheets
• Assisting with admin emails and alarm receiving centre reports
• Extracting and processing invoices
