Overview

We are looking for a Head of Quality & Compliance to join our clients fast growing, enthusiastic tech team at a management level.

The role involves the analysis and development of both our own processes and those of our clients. You will be responsible for building our internal quality and compliance capabilities, helping the business continue on our path to achieving and maintaining both ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification. In addition, this role is envisaged to support our client project efforts, with the opportunity to work with our customers to understand their processes and procedures, and to distil their needs into detailed and specific requirements for our software team to use.

You’ll be liaising with all areas of our team to oversee the work we deliver from a quality and compliance perspective. As part of an early-stage tech start-up, you’ll have a real influence on the way we do things at Cambridge Kinetics, both inside and out, with a unique opportunity to shape our products, services and culture from the very beginning.

This role requires someone with an attention to detail, who is able to take ownership of our QMS and projects, take the initiative, and independently drive progress. This will involve analysing complex business systems, distilling what matters and what doesn’t, to develop requirements, procedures, and processes for internal and client use. One of the first major projects will be to help us achieve ISO 27001, building upon our existing work towards ISO9001 certification.

You’ll have the chance to be involved in all aspects of our project work, and assist with our upcoming innovative product launch in the enterprise systems space. There is certainly no typical product or project and those involved in the company can look forward to involvement in a wide range of projects – from augmented reality, to CRM, to enterprise systems.
