The Role
As a Innovation & Research Lead you will split your time between driving the development and creation of key services, identifying internal and external needs to support our service strategy and monitoring and reporting progress of the development and creation of clients services.

As part of this role, you will be expected to:

  • Contribute to the development and creation of services/products through developing templates/processes to take a service live
  • Support the creation of solutions and strategic propositions to deliver Net Zero/Sustainability
  • Monitor and report on the progress of the development and creation of services/products
  • Identify innovation and efficiency gains within services, to continually improve the service offering for customers
  • Develop insight on internal and external trends to support service strategy
  • Anticipate emerging issues through research and discussions with sectors and decide how best to deal with them
  • Conduct service and product reviews to ensure services meet the needs of consultancy team and client base
  • Contribute to the development of digital platforms by supporting the development of the roadmap to align to market needs/customer requirements
  • Contribute to the delivery of internal initiatives towards the growth, sustainability, culture, knowledge sharing and aims of the business
  • Conduct workshops and deliver training with key stakeholders
  • Manage your projects in line with project management timetables, quality standards and project budgets, as well as your performance against KPIs
  • Act as a catalyst for change and support ambition to support 1 in 100 people to go Net Zero, by being curious, focused and innovative

Experience & Qualifications required

  • Degree or equivalent in a related subject or adequate sector experience
  • 3+ years experience in a carbon-related role
