Main Duties for IT Recruitment Consultant;

• Deliver into your own accounts and ‘land and expand’
• Assist with business strategy with Directors
• Work with consultants and analysts to ensure they are delivering and hitting their targets and reaching their potential
• Delivering into accounts, continue to land and expand
• Win new business
• Manage and or mentor colleagues
• Contribute to intellectual leadership capital of firm
• Experience required for Senior Recruitment Consultant;

You will be responsible for growing a team of consultants and as well as your business.
