We have a fantastic new role of “Partnerships Co-ordinator”, working with one of our long term clients!
The Role
As a Partnership Co-ordinator you will:
· Expand relationships with partners
· Support development of relationship with new partners
· Be responsible for delivering defined sales target for individual partners
· Develop new business opportunities
· Identify trends and partner needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
· Assist in the co-ordination and implementation of partner marketing strategies
· Report metrics
As part of this role, you will be expected to:
· Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
· Co-ordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
· Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
· Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
· Sell through partner organisations to end users in co-ordination with partner sales resources
· Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
· Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements
· Negotiate prices for bids and proposals
· Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
· Make recommendations on how we can continually improve our processes and systems
Requirements
You must be eligible to work in the UK.
Experience & Qualifications required
· Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Working experience with developing commercial relationships
· Proficiency with data analysis
· Proven ability to plan and manage workload
Desirable Attributes
· Experience with CRM software
· Ability to deliver presentations

Package
· Salary of £28,975 – £35,500 (dependent on experience)
· Pension Scheme
