Requirements
Crucially, you’ll get to coordinate the recruitment process. This will span scheduling interviews, arranging first-day inductions and communicating with recruitment agencies and candidates. There will also be opportunities to organise recruitment events and contribute to other People Team projects.
During quieter periods, there’ll be scope to further develop your skills. This could involve supporting direct sourcing and researching potential candidates for hard-to-fill roles. It’s all part of our culture of continuous learning, teamwork, and mutual support.
The key to success will be your excellent written and verbal communication skills along with your keen eye for detail. If you can prioritise tasks whilst working at pace, you’ll excel.
You might have held a similar recruitment or HR administration role. But whatever your background, you’ll need to be comfortable operating as an ambassador for our clients incredible employer brand.
