Your work will help facilitate life-changing inventions!

You probably know what a great candidate experience feels like. It starts with timely contact and friendly communication. But above all, it’s about making people feel valued and appreciated at each stage of the process. Could you be that pivot point for delivering a consistently excellent service?

The starting point our client trusts you. From the initial candidate communications through to first-day inductions, you’ll be the go-to point of contact.

Your work will contribute to our clients mission to create innovative products and breakthrough technologies that advance business and progress society. From healthcare through to green energy, our clients inventions are often life-changing and impact on a global scale.

The high calibre of our people is the value of our client, so recruitment is their number one strategic priority. This is where you’ll fit in as a key member of the recruitment team.

Crucially, you’ll get to coordinate the recruitment process. This will span scheduling interviews, arranging first-day inductions and communicating with recruitment agencies and candidates. There will also be opportunities to organise recruitment events and contribute to other People Team projects.

During quieter periods, there’ll be scope to further develop your skills. This could involve supporting direct sourcing and researching potential candidates for hard-to-fill roles. It’s all part of our culture of continuous learning, teamwork, and mutual support.

The key to success will be your excellent written and verbal communication skills along with your keen eye for detail. If you can prioritise tasks whilst working at pace, you’ll excel.

You might have held a similar recruitment or HR administration role. But whatever your background, you’ll need to be comfortable operating as an ambassador for our clients incredible employer brand.
