We are excited to be exclusively working with a long term client who are currently seeking a Sales Co-Ordinator.

The Role


As a Sales Co-ordinator you will:

·        Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships

·         Administer our existing sales pipeline

·         Develop new business opportunities

·         Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets

·         Assist in the co-ordination and implementation of marketing strategies

·         Report on commercial metrics

As part of this role, you will be expected to:

·         Make recommendations on how we can continually improve our processes and systems

·         Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics

·         Manage the proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources

·         Implement an overarching outbound sales approach

·         Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis

·         Negotiate prices for bids and proposals

·         Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations

Requirements

You must be eligible to work in the UK.

Experience & Qualifications required

·         Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Working experience with developing commercial conversations

·         Proficiency with data analysis

·         Proven ability to plan and manage resources

·         Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment, which includes discussions around creative reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback to and from fellow team members and customers

Desirable Attributes

·         Experience with CRM software

·         Ability to deliver presentations

·         Experience in the Sustainability/ESG/Net Zero/Energy sectors

Package

·         Salary of £28,975 – £35,500 (dependent on experience)
