We are searching for an outgoing, career driven & hungry Sales Executive!

The Role:

As a Sales Executive you will be selling remotely & will be responsible for driving the sales of our clients products to small and medium sized businesses in the UK.

You will be given assigned leads for you to take ownership of the entire sales cycle including engagement, qualification, evaluation, and closing.

You will be supported by pre-sales, services, partner and customer support teams in the sales process. This is a quota carrying, commission based role in a fast paced, supportive and growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by managing the sales cycle.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities from the assigned leads.
  • Effectively engage prospects via consultative selling, keeping their needs at the center of discussion.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders in the sales cycle, including pre-sales, customer support, partners and product management as needed.
  • Deliver effective presentations and high level product demos to prospective customers.
  • Contribute towards growth activities such as sales planning, sales training, marketing efforts and customer care.
  • Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years sales experience from a software/SaaS background.
  • Excellent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Prior experience in selling enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, Accounting and HRMS is preferred.
  • Solutions sales experience (preferably Software or Business Applications)
  • Ability to deliver effective presentations and first level product demos highlighting the key value proposition
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Comfortable using tools such as CRM for process management and reporting.
