The Role

• Managing the entire Candidate Recruitment Process.
• Identify & Qualify: Source and approach potential candidates, assessing their suitability against specific client requirements.
• Proactively seeking new business opportunities & generating leads.
• Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.

Your Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Examples of building a successful desk from scratch.
• Managing a team (Advantages not essential).
• Handling high-value clients.
• Exceptional Customer Service.
• Target Driven
• Self-Motivated
• Ability to handle pressure.
• Any of the following recruitment experience – Tech, IT, Finance & Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Office Support.
