The starting point is that we trust you. There’s no ‘newbie’ status. Your track record of recruiting into highly technical roles will ensure you’re a trusted partner. The key to your success will be found in proactive collaboration with multi-disciplinary stakeholders.

With life science research growing at an unprecedented rate; this is an opportunity to make your mark and gain a broad scope of tech-sector experience.

Applications are welcome from both in-house Talent Acquisition Partners and Recruiters looking to transition from an agency role.

Requirements

As the embedded recruiter for the Life Sciences Business Unit, you’ll immediately be encouraged to share and implement your ideas. And, whenever you need it, you’ll benefit from the support and guidance of our clients Recruitment Team. In addition to this, all our interviews are scheduled by our capable Recruitment Coordinators, leaving you free to focus on providing a first-rate candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring journey.

This is a whole life-cycle talent acquisition partnering role that will provide opportunities to develop your full repertoire of skills from creative advertising through to headhunting, interviewing, and delivering verbal job offers. It’s a role that will regularly lean on your ability to understand complex technical markets and communicate these in a meaningful way to prospective employees.

The goal is to grow the business significantly – so you’ll need to be organised, strategic, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
